Job Overview
A Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered nursing services. Responsibilities

Patient Care:
- Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to protocols and guidelines.
- Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility assistance, and support.
- Ensure patient comfort and address concerns effectively.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, observations, and interventions.
- Document any changes in patient condition and report them to relevant healthcare professionals.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans, treatment options, and health education.

Care Planning and Evaluation:
- Develop individual care plans based on patient assessments.
- Regularly review and adjust care plans to reflect any changes in a patient’s health or condition.

Patient Advocacy:
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.

Infection Control and Health & Safety:
- Adhere to infection control protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Promote health and safety standards in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
- Relevant degree in nursing or an equivalent nursing qualification.

Experience:
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting (specific experience may depend on the job role, e.g., adult care, pediatrics, critical care).
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care, and nursing interventions.
