Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Care Planning and Evaluation:

    • Develop individual care plans based on patient assessments.
    • Regularly review and adjust care plans to reflect any changes in a patient’s health or condition.
  • Patient Advocacy:

    • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.
    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Infection Control and Health & Safety:

    • Adhere to infection control protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
    • Promote health and safety standards in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
    • Relevant degree in nursing or an equivalent nursing qualification.
  2. Experience:

    • Experience in a clinical or hospital setting (specific experience may depend on the job role, e.g., adult care, pediatrics, critical care).
    • Knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care, and nursing interventions.
  3. Skills and Competencies:
