We are seeking a dedicated A&E SHO (Senior House Officer) to join our dynamic Accident & Emergency department. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of acute and emergency cases, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients presenting with urgent and emergency conditions.
- Work under the supervision of senior doctors while developing clinical skills in emergency medicine.
- Participate in resuscitation, trauma management, and acute care procedures.
- Ensure timely documentation and effective communication with the wider clinical team.
- Engage in audits, training, and clinical governance activities to improve patient care.
Requirements
- Full GMC registration with prior experience in Emergency Medicine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
