Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trauma and Orthopaedics Doctor to join our team under a PWC contract. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage trauma and elective orthopaedic cases.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with trauma and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including emergency trauma surgeries and elective orthopaedic operations.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the management of patients.
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in ward rounds and ensure effective communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to departmental teaching and training.

Requirements

  • Full GMC Registration with relevant experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
  • Proven experience in managing trauma and orthopaedic cases, including surgery and post-operative care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills and patient-focused care approach.
  • Visa Requirements: We do not accept Tier 2 visa applications for this position.
